Orders are shipped UPS (United Parcel Service), or USPS.
Shipping rates are an estimate and are calculated based on weight, size and location.
You will be notified prior to shipping your package of the rate. It may be higher or lower than the estimated rate if higher your account will be refunded for the difference.
To save you time and shipping costs, many crafts on this site are drop shipped direct from the manufacture or distributor. Orders made at our shop in Townsend, MA will be shipped separately from orders coming from other sources.
At times, items may be back-ordered depending on the season. We will make every effort to let you know shortly after you place an order, if there will be a delay in shipping.
