Popcorn History:

Popcorn is one of the oldest forms of corn. It was discovered in New Mexico from 3600 BCE and earlier discoveries were in 4700 BCE.

In the 16th and 17th centuries the English learned about popcorn from the Native Americans.

In later years during the great depression popcorn continued to be enjoyed by all because of its low cost.

Most popcorn comes from the

Midwestern United States and is a low calorie treat

that satisfies your appetite.
